Q - Why are your prices so affordable?

A - We offer templates that can be customized in a variety of ways to suit any occasion. By using templates, we keep the price low and pass it on to you.

Q - How do I start sharing?

A - Contact us today. Our designers will contact you within 48 hours to discuss how we can help you share the news.

Q - What if I want a larger site?

A - We charge an additional $50/page for each additional page. This charge includes 3 photos per page. Additional photos are $5 each.

Q - How big can I make a "page"?

A - A page is defined as less than 10kb, or approximately 2 screens when scrolling down.

Q - I don't want to use a template. Can I have a custom designed site?

A - Our designers can custom design anything to meet your requirements. Contact us for details and pricing.

Q - What if I want my site posted longer than your package allows?

A - We charge an additional $10/month for each month you would like your site posted on the internet past the time allowed in the package.

Q - How do I supply you with the text and photos for the site?

A - The customer provides all text in digital cut-and-paste format (Word, Works or Notepad documents) and digital/scanned photos. If you can't scan your photos, send them to us and we will do it for you at an additional charge of $5/picture. For an additional $1/photo, we can return them as soon as scanning is complete, typically 72 hours from receipt.

Q - What if I can't provide the text in digital format?

A - We can manually enter all text for an additional $25 per page.

Q - How long will it take until my site becomes "live"?

A - It takes us 3 - 5 business days from the time we receive all required text and photos to post your site and it becomes available for viewing.

Q - How will people find my website?

A - You will be assigned your own personal website address. It will be in the format of www.shareyourbigday.com/yourname.

Q - Can I get a keepsake CD of my site?

A - Absolutely! CD's are available for $25 for the first CD and $10 for each additional CD (all discs to be mailed to one address).

Q - What forms of payment do you accept?

A - We accept checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
